FODS Car Boot Sale 28.3.2024

 Friends of Dounby School are hosting a car boot sale to raise funds. Please come along to support the school.  If you would like to book a table at the sale please contact Carly Banks on carly.drever@hotmail.com.

 

FODS are planning to serve tea, coffee, sandwiches, soup and baking. Any donations of baking would be greatly appreciated, please let one of the FODS committee members know if you can donate baking.

Toast Stop and Co-op 28.3.2024

Dounby School would like to thank the Co-op for providing our Toast Stop Breakfast Club with lots of butter and jam - that will keep us all going for a good wee while!

Scholasitc Book Fair 2024

We had such a brilliant Book Fair this year that thanks to all the books purchased we raised an amazing £405.98 towards new books for our new library space.

Egg-citement at Dounby Today! 27.3.2024

 We have had such a huge number of entries into our Easter Egg competitions today - it has been egg-strodonary! A huge thank you to Hannah Rendall who came to help judge the competition today on behalf of our Parent Council - so very tough decisions to be made today!

All who entered received a wee Easter chocolate, with 2nd and 3rd placed eggs in each group receiving a Cream Egg and 1st placed eggs receiving an Easter Egg too. Thank you to our Eynhallow class who helped to to shop for cholocate and organise the event! It was egg-citing!
